A NIGHT TO REMEMBER IN ARLINGTON

The College Park Center played host to an unforgettable evening of professional wrestling as All Elite Wrestling (AEW) rolled into town on December 12th. A lively crowd of 3,659 fans packed the arena, eager to witness a thrilling card that would leave them talking long after the final bell.

In the opening bout, Adam "Hangman" Page faced off against Roderick Strong in a singles match that showcased the best of both worlds. The former ROH World Champion's technical grappling skills were put to the test by Page's unorthodox approach, which ultimately proved too much for Strong to handle. A well-placed Cowboy Cocaine kick sealed the deal for the Hangman, who emerged victorious after 14 minutes and 48 seconds.

Next up, Andrade El Idolo took on Brody King in a Continental Classic Blue League match that promised fireworks. The lanky King brought his trademark intensity, but El Idolo's slick submission skills allowed him to outmaneuver the big man en route to a 14:45 victory.

The women of AEW stole the show in the following encounter as Riho squared off against Ruby Soho. In a bout that flew by in a mere 8 minutes and 31 seconds, Riho's lightning-quick strikes and aerial assaults left Soho reeling. The winner's quickness proved too much for her opponent to handle, securing the win.

Continuing the theme of high-flying action, Rush faced off against Jay Lethal in a Continental Classic Gold League match that hinted at a deeper storyline between these two. Despite Lethal's valiant efforts, Rush's relentless pressure and devastating combination of moves led to a 4:30 victory.

Jay White and Mark Briscoe engaged in a grueling Continental Classic Gold League match that showcased both men's impressive strength and conditioning. In the end, White's cunning submission skills proved too much for Briscoe, securing the win after 11 minutes and 19 seconds of intense action.

The main event saw Jon Moxley face off against Swerve Strickland in a battle of contrasting styles. The former AEW World Champion's relentless aggression and technical prowess were matched by Strickland's high-flying antics and unorthodox approach. In the end, Moxley's sheer power and experience told, as he secured the win after 16 minutes and 23 seconds of hard-hitting action.

As the curtain closed on this memorable evening in Arlington, one thing was clear: AEW has once again proven itself to be a promotion capable of delivering top-notch wrestling and unforgettable moments. Until next time, the wrestling world will be abuzz with the happenings from this electric night.
