All Elite Wrestling Delivers Thrilling TV-Show in Jacksonville

April 21st, 2021 - Daily's Place, Jacksonville, Florida, USA

In front of a lively crowd of 800, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) presented its latest offering on the small screen, and boy did they deliver! The event was broadcasted live from Daily's Place, and I'm thrilled to share my thoughts on this action-packed evening.

Match 1: Adam Page vs. Ricky Starks

The first bout of the night saw Adam Page face off against Ricky Starks in a singles match. Both competitors brought their A-game, but it was Page who emerged victorious, pinning Starks after a thunderous "DeadEye" (08:16). This opening contest set the tone for the rest of the show, showcasing the athleticism and technical prowess that AEW has become known for.

Match 2: Penta El Zero Miedo vs. Trent

Penta El Zero Miedo made his presence felt in the second match, taking down Trent with a series of aerial attacks. The high-flying luchador proved too much for Trent to handle, as he secured the win via a vicious "Fuego de la Muerte" (10:48). Another impressive outing from Penta El Zero Miedo, who continues to impress with his innovative moveset.

Match 3: Hikaru Shida vs. Tay Conti - AEW Women's World Title Match

The main event of the evening was a highly anticipated women's title match between champion Hikaru Shida and challenger Tay Conti. Shida looked to continue her reign, but Conti gave it her all, pushing the champ to her limits. In the end, however, Shida's experience paid off, as she successfully defended the title via a picture-perfect "V-Trip" (12:17). A great showcase for both ladies, with Conti certainly earning herself some recognition.

Match 4: QT Marshall vs. Billy Gunn

QT Marshall made quick work of Billy Gunn in their singles match, finishing him off with a swift "Ground 'n Pound" (05:17). This was a squash match through and through, with Marshall dominating from start to finish.

Match 5: Christian Cage vs. Powerhouse Hobbs

Christian Cage looked to assert his dominance over Powerhouse Hobbs in their singles bout. And assert it he did, using his cunning and athleticism to outmaneuver the big man. Cage ultimately secured the win via a sudden "Killswitch" (10:29), sending a message to the AEW locker room.

Match 6: Darby Allin vs. Jungle Boy - AEW TNT Title Match

The night's main event saw Darby Allin put his AEW TNT Championship on the line against Jungle Boy. These two competitors always deliver an exciting contest, and this was no exception. The action was fast-paced and hard-hitting, with both men giving it their all. In the end, however, Allin's technical prowess proved too much for Jungle Boy to handle, as he retained the title via a vicious "Last Laugh" (14:45).

Overall, this AEW TV-show was an absolute thrill ride from start to finish. The performances were top-notch, with each match telling a unique story and showcasing the incredible talent on offer. If you missed it, be sure to catch up on Zohash.com!
