ALL JAPAN PRO WRESTLING DELIVERS THRILLING PPV EVENT IN TOKYO

Ryogoku Kokugikan played host to an electric evening of professional wrestling as All Japan Pro Wrestling presented its latest pay-per-view extravaganza on March 1st, 2008. The sold-out crowd of 8500 enthusiastic fans was treated to a star-studded card featuring some of the top talent in the world of puroresu.

The night kicked off with a high-energy tag team match as Hajime Suruga and Seiya Sanada teamed up to take down CJ Otis and Manabu Soya. The opener showcased the quickness and agility of both teams, with Suruga and Sanada ultimately emerging victorious in 10:51 minutes.

Next up was Tokyo Gurentai, a trio of misfits known for their unorthodox style, as they clashed with Hiroshi Yamato, KAI, and T28. This six-man tag team match was an absolute barnburner, with MAZADA, NOSAWA Rongai, and TAKEMURA combining their forces to outmaneuver their opponents in 13:53 minutes.

The first half of the event concluded with a thrilling six-man tag team match featuring Joe Doering, Kaz Hayashi, and Ryuji Hijikata taking on Voodoo Murders and Naoki Tanizaki. This fast-paced encounter saw our heroes emerge victorious in just 9:53 minutes, setting the stage for an unforgettable second half.

The main event of the evening got underway as Suwama faced off against TARU in a hard-hitting singles match. The crowd was fully invested as these two powerhouse wrestlers battled it out, with Suwama ultimately emerging victorious in 10:55 minutes.

In other notable matches, Silver King successfully defended his AJPW World Junior Heavyweight Title against Katsuhiko Nakajima in an impressive showing of technical skill and physicality. Meanwhile, Hiroshi Tanahashi and Keiji Muto teamed up to defeat Taiyo Kea and Toshiaki Kawada in a thrilling tag team contest that saw our heroes prevail after 21:06 minutes.

The second half of the event was capped off with two more epic matches. Dory Funk Jr. and Osamu Nishimura defeated Genichiro Tenryu and Masanobu Fuchi in a grueling tag team match, while Kensuke Sasaki put on a dominant performance to defeat Satoshi Kojima for the Triple Crown Title in an absorbing contest that lasted 25:18 minutes.

In what can only be described as a truly unforgettable evening of professional wrestling, All Japan Pro Wrestling has once again proven itself to be one of the premier promotions in the world. With its star-studded roster and consistently high-caliber performances, it's little wonder why this event was an absolute sell-out at the Ryogoku Kokugikan.
