CHIKARA's Pay Per View Extravaganza: A Night of Thrills and Spills at The Palmer Center

Easton, Pennsylvania - February 1st, 2014 - Zohash.com's wrestling correspondent had the pleasure of attending CHIKARA's pay-per-view extravaganza, held at the esteemed Palmer Center in Easton, Pennsylvania. The sold-out crowd was treated to a thrilling night of action-packed matches, featuring some of the best talent on the independent circuit.

The evening kicked off with a high-flying encounter between Colt Cabana and Drew Gulak, who clashed in a Best Two Out Of Three Falls Match. The match saw both competitors give it their all, with Cabana ultimately emerging victorious after two consecutive falls in 10:56 minutes of action-packed wrestling.

Next up was the Six Man Tag Team Match pitting The Baltic Siege (The Estonian ThunderFrog, The Latvian Proud Oak, and The Lithuanian Snow Troll) against The Bloc Party (Mr. Azerbaijan, The Brown Morning Of Belarus, and The Proletariat Boar Of Moldova). In a thrilling contest that showcased the strength of all six competitors, The Baltic Siege edged out their opponents in 15:13 minutes.

In the third match, Hallowicked faced off against Mike Bennett in a singles encounter. This hard-hitting affair saw both men give it their all, with Hallowicked ultimately prevailing in 10:09 minutes.

Dasher Hatfield then took on Eddie Kingston in another intense singles bout. This one was just as evenly matched as the previous two, with Hatfield managing to overcome Kingston's best efforts and claim victory in 11:56 minutes.

The penultimate match saw Eric Corvis face off against Sonjay Dutt, with Corvis emerging victorious in a quick 8:49-minute affair.

In what could be considered a wild card entry, Shynron took on Juan Francisco de Coronado in a No Disqualification Match. This free-for-all saw both men go toe-to-toe, with Shynron ultimately securing the win in 14:35 minutes.

The main event pitted Joe Pittman against Heidi Lovelace for the WIH La Copa Idolo Title. Unfortunately, this encounter ended in a no contest when neither competitor was able to secure the pin, leaving the crowd somewhat disappointed but still thrilled by the overall quality of the show.

Finally, The Colony, along with Icarus and The Osirian Portal, took on Los Ice Creams (Kobald, Kodama, and Obariyon) and The Batiri in a thrilling Ten Man Tag Team Match. This back-and-forth affair saw all ten competitors give it their all, with the winning team emerging victorious in 14:22 minutes.
