The New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) faithful were treated to a night of non-stop action at the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium as the promotion's latest pay-per-view extravaganza came to town. The crowd was electric as Hiroshi Tanahashi took on Toru Yano in a hair vs. hair match, with the winner earning the freedom to keep their locks intact. In the end, it was Tanahashi who emerged victorious, leaving his defeated opponent bald and bewildered.

Finally, Togi Makabe put forth an incredible effort to defeat Go Shiozaki and retain his IWGP Heavyweight Title in a thrilling 20:40 affair. This one was an instant classic, with both men giving it their all and leaving the crowd on its collective feet at the final bell.
