A thrilling night of professional wrestling unfolded at Korakuen Hall as New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) presented a stacked card featuring some of the best talent in the world. Our correspondent was on hand to capture all the action and excitement.
Tag Team Mayhem
The evening kicked off with a high-flying tag team match that set the tone for the rest of the night. Jon Moxley and Shota Umino teamed up to take on Juice Robinson and Yota Tsuji. The crowd was electric as the four competitors put on a show, with Moxley delivering a thunderous senton bomb to seal the deal for his team.
Suzuki-gun Dominates
Next up, Suzuki-gun (Minoru Suzuki, Taichi, and Yoshinobu Kanemaru) took on CHAOS and Yuya Uemura in a six-man tag match. The veterans of Suzuki-gun proved too strong, with Minoru Suzuki delivering a vicious PK to secure the victory.
BULLET CLUB Strikes Again
The BULLET CLUB (Chase Owens, Jay White, and Yujiro Takahashi) continued their winning ways, defeating Jeff Cobb, Toa Henare, and Tomoaki Honma in another six-man tag match. This bout featured plenty of high-flying action, with Chase Owens hitting a picture-perfect 450 splash to finish off the match.
Los Ingobernables de Japon Soar
In a thrilling six-man tag match, Los Ingobernables de Japon (BUSHI, Shingo Takagi, and Tetsuya Naito) overcame CHAOS and Ren Narita. This contest featured some incredible sequences, including a series of near-falls that left the crowd on the edge of their seats.
G1 Climax 2019 Kicks Off
The real main event got underway with Zack Sabre Jr. facing off against Bad Luck Fale in a G1 Climax 2019 Block A match. This encounter featured technical grappling at its finest, with Sabre Jr. emerging victorious after a series of precise submissions.
Next up, Hiroshi Tanahashi took on Lance Archer in another G1 Climax 2019 Block A bout. The crowd was electric as these two heavy hitters clashed, with Tanahashi ultimately securing the win via a high-impact V6 driver.
The evening's co-main event saw KENTA face off against EVIL in an intense and physical battle. This match featured plenty of hard-hitting action, with KENTA eventually emerging victorious after a thunderous running knee strike.
In the night's other G1 Climax 2019 Block A main event, Kota Ibushi went up against SANADA. This encounter was marked by some incredible aerials, including a series of top-rope moves that left the crowd gasping in awe.
Finally, Kazuchika Okada faced off against Will Ospreay in the evening's final G1 Climax 2019 Block A match. This bout featured plenty of back-and-forth action, with Okada ultimately securing the win via a series of precise strikes and submissions.

A fantastic night of professional wrestling came to a close at Korakuen Hall as NJPW presented an absolute barnburner of a card. With multiple G1 Climax 2019 matches taking place, the evening was marked by some incredible action and excitement. Our correspondent gives this event a solid 8/10.
