Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan - The Hokkaido Prefectural Sports Center played host to a thrilling night of professional wrestling as New Japan Pro Wrestling presented its latest online stream. A sold-out crowd of 2888 enthusiasts witnessed eight matches that showcased the best of NJPW's talent pool.

The main event featured Jeff Cobb and Tetsuya Naito in a G1 Climax 2023 Block D Match, with Cobb emerging victorious in a hard-hitting contest clocking in at 14:20. Naito, known for his cunning submission skills, was no match for the American powerhouse's relentless attacks.

In Block C action, Eddie Kingston continued to impress with a 12:20 victory over Shingo Takagi. The two competitors engaged in a back-and-forth affair, with both men trading blows and near-falls. In the end, Kingston's quickness and agility proved decisive as he secured the win.

Mikey Nicholls also earned a win in Block C, defeating HENARE via submission in 12:21. This bout saw Nicholls utilize his technical prowess to outmaneuver the larger HENARE, ultimately forcing him to tap out.

Block D got underway with Hirooki Goto besting Toru Yano in just 6:44. The swift victory allowed Goto to get a head start on his G1 Climax 2023 campaign.

David Finlay and Tomohiro Ishii kicked things off in Block C, with Finlay emerging victorious in 15:55. This match featured a mix of technical grappling and high-flying maneuvers as both competitors battled for supremacy.

Shane Haste earned a win in Block D, defeating Alex Coughlin in 10:55. The bout saw Haste utilize his strength and agility to outmaneuver the young upstart Coughlin.

In another Block C match, EVIL defeated Tama Tonga in 17:34. This contest featured a series of intense exchanges between the two competitors, with EVIL ultimately emerging victorious after a series of near-falls.

The evening's final match saw Zack Sabre Jr. best Hiroshi Tanahashi in 16:09. This bout was marked by a series of clever submission attempts and counters from both competitors, with Sabre ultimately securing the win via an impressive-looking armbar.
