The sold-out crowd at the Fukuoka Convention Center was treated to a night of thrilling tag team action and high-stakes individual matches as New Japan Pro Wrestling presented an electrifying TV show on July 28th, 2024.

Opening Acts Shine in Tag Team Showdowns Be-Bop Tag Team's Hiroshi Tanahashi and Toru Yano kicked things off with a bang, taking down Just 5 Guys' TAKA Michinoku and Yuya Uemura in just 3 minutes and 36 seconds. The fast-paced contest saw both teams trading holds and near-falls before the Be-Bop duo secured the pin.

Los Ingobernables de Japon's BUSHI and Yota Tsuji followed suit, dominating Katsuya Murashima and Oleg Boltin with a combination of technical grappling and high-impact moves. The victory came in 8 minutes and 28 seconds.

House Of Torture's Ren Narita and Yoshinobu Kanemaru rounded out the opening matches, taking down Hirooki Goto and Tomoaki Honma in a chaotic 5-minute affair. The win came courtesy of a vicious combination of moves from House Of Torture.

Block A Matches Heat Up the G1 Climax As the individual matches commenced, the stakes were raised in the G1 Climax 2024 Block A competition. EVIL started things off by defeating Callum Newman in 9 minutes and 8 seconds. The match saw both men engage in a thrilling back-and-forth contest before EVIL's experience paid off.

Great-O-Khan then took down Jake Lee in an intense 11-minute battle, showcasing his impressive power and agility. Shota Umino followed suit, outlasting Zack Sabre Jr. in a marathon 20-minute match that saw both men push each other to the limit.

Gabe Kidd then surprised many by defeating the legendary Shingo Takagi in 13 minutes and 50 seconds. The victory came courtesy of a perfectly executed top-rope splash from Kidd.

Finally, Tetsuya Naito capped off the night by defeating SANADA in an epic 17-minute contest. Both men traded near-falls and high-impact moves before Naito secured the win with a devastating Destino.
