The New Japan Pro Wrestling faithful were treated to a thrilling night of action-packed wrestling as the promotion brought its unique brand of excitement to the Kamisu Bousai Arena. A sold-out crowd of 770 fans witnessed some outstanding matches, with several storylines and rivalries heating up ahead of the G1 Climax 34 tournament.
Tag Team Mayhem
The evening kicked off with a pair of tag team matches that showcased the talents of some of NJPW's top duos. Just 5 Guys (DOUKI and Yuya Uemura) took on El Desperado and Shoma Kato, with the former emerging victorious in an entertaining 9:45 encounter. Later, Tomoaki Honma and Tomohiro Ishii proved too strong for Hiroshi Tanahashi and Katsuya Murashima, securing a quick win in just 8:26.
United Empire Rules
The United Empire, a dominant force in NJPW, continued their impressive streak by defeating Just 5 Guys (SANADA, Taichi and TAKA Michinoku) in a thrilling six-man tag team match. Francesco Akira, Great-O-Khan, and Jeff Cobb proved too strong for their opponents, wrapping up the win in 9:35.
Tag Team Turmoil
The United Empire's dominance extended to the tag team division as well, with Callum Newman and HENARE defeating House Of Torture (Yoshinobu Kanemaru and Yujiro Takahashi) in a hard-hitting 9:56 match. BULLET CLUB (Chase Owens and Gedo), however, fell short against Bishamon (Hirooki Goto and YOSHI-HASHI) in an evenly matched 8:01 encounter.
G1 Climax Qualifiers
The evening's main event was a pair of G1 Climax 34 Block B Qualifier tournament matches. Oleg Boltin made a successful debut, defeating Toru Yano in a closely contested 9:16 match. TJP, meanwhile, pulled off an upset victory over Satoshi Kojima, winning their first-round match in 12:50.
Los Ingobernables de Japon Dominate
The night concluded with Los Ingobernables de Japon (BUSHI, Tetsuya Naito, Titan, and Yota Tsuji) making a statement against House Of Torture (Dick Togo, EVIL, Ren Narita, and SHO). The former group proved too powerful, securing an 11:31 win in an eight-man tag team match.
