NEW JAPAN PRO WRESTLING DELIVERS THRILLING PPV IN TOKYO DOME

Tokyo Dome, Tokyo, Japan - January 4, 2013 - New Japan Pro Wrestling presented its latest pay-per-view extravaganza at the iconic Tokyo Dome, drawing a sold-out crowd of 29,000 enthusiastic fans. The card was stacked with some of the best talent in the world, and it did not disappoint.

The night kicked off with an eight-man tag team match featuring Muscle Orchestra, Akebono, and MVP taking on CHAOS and Bob Sapp. The action was fast-paced from start to finish, with all eight competitors putting their bodies on the line. In the end, it was the trio of Muscle Orchestra, Akebono, and MVP who emerged victorious in a thrilling 7:53 match.

Next up was Masato Tanaka looking to capture the NEVER Openweight Championship against Shelton Benjamin. The bout was an intense, hard-hitting affair that saw both men push each other to the limit. In the end, it was Tanaka who came out on top, securing the pin in just 6:41 and claiming the title.

The IWGP Tag Team Titles were up for grabs next as Killer Elite Squad (Davey Boy Smith Jr. and Lance Archer) put their titles on the line against Hirooki Goto and Karl Anderson. This was a battle for the ages, with all four competitors giving it their all. In the end, it was the reigning champions who retained their titles in a grueling 10:52 match.

Yuji Nagata and Minoru Suzuki faced off in a singles match that saw both men put their technical skills on full display. The action was slow-burning at times, but the crowd was fully invested as the two legends went toe-to-toe. In the end, it was Nagata who emerged victorious in a 17:03 barnburner.

The IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title was also up for grabs as Prince Devitt defended against Kota Ibushi and Low Ki. This was an incredible three-way dance that saw all three competitors give it their all. In the end, it was Devitt who retained his title in a thrilling 14:45 match.

TenKoji (Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Satoshi Kojima) put their tag team skills on full display against Keiji Muto and Shinjiro Otani. This was a fun, back-and-forth match that saw both teams trading holds and moves. In the end, it was TenKoji who emerged victorious in a 15:36 contest.

Togi Makabe took on Katsuyori Shibata in a singles match that saw both men give it their all. The action was fast-paced from start to finish, with both competitors putting their bodies on the line. In the end, it was Makabe who came out on top in an 8:37 match.

The main event of the evening saw Shinsuke Nakamura defending his IWGP Intercontinental Title against Kazushi Sakuraba. This was a technical masterclass from start to finish, with both competitors showcasing their incredible skills. In the end, it was Nakamura who retained his title in an 11:12 match.

Finally, Hiroshi Tanahashi put his IWGP Heavyweight Title on the line against Kazuchika Okada in a highly anticipated match. This was a battle for the ages, with both competitors giving it their all. In the end, it was Tanahashi who retained his title in an incredible 33:34 match.

Overall, this was a fantastic pay-per-view that showcased some of the best talent in professional wrestling today. New Japan Pro Wrestling did not disappoint, delivering a card that will be remembered for years to come.
