Yokohama Budokan, August 3rd, 2024 - The Japanese wrestling faithful gathered at the Yokohama Budokan to witness a thrilling evening of action-packed matches, as Pro Wrestling NOAH presented its latest TV show. A sold-out crowd of 949 enthusiasts bore witness to a stacked card that showcased some of the promotion's top talent.
The night kicked off with El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. taking on Alpha Wolf in a N-1 Victory 2024 Block B Match. Despite the Mexican luchador's valiant efforts, he ultimately fell short against the determined Wolf, who claimed victory after a grueling 14:14 bout.
Next up was Atsushi Kotoge, whose Block A match against Dragon Bane saw him pushed to his limits. The plucky underdog proved game for the challenge, but ultimately succumbed to the more experienced Bane in an 11:44 affair.
The first half of the card concluded with Titus Alexander emerging victorious from a clash with Tavion Heights in Block B. The American grappler showcased impressive power and agility, securing a swift win at 9:21.
Following the intermission, Josh Briggs looked to assert his dominance over Ryohei Oiwa in another Block A match. While the Japanese wrestler demonstrated flashes of brilliance, Briggs' sheer force ultimately proved too much for him, as he wrapped up the victory at 9:27.
The main event's first half saw Hajime Ohara, Junta Miyawaki, Kai Fujimura, and Shuhei Taniguchi team up to take on Eita, Naomichi Marufuji, Ninja Mack, and Takashi Sugiura in an eight-man tag team extravaganza. The penultimate match saw AMAKUSA, HAYATA, Tadasuke, and YO-HEY team up to take on Stinger, Super Crazy, and Yu Owada in another eight-man tag team showdown. This thrilling encounter featured a mix of high-flying action and intense brawling, with the NOAH quartet emerging victorious at 12:33.
The main event pitted Kenoh against Manabu Soya in Block B. In a contest that ebbed and flowed like a tidal wave, Kenoh's sheer power ultimately proved too much for Soya, as he claimed victory after an exhausting 19:19 battle.
Finally, Luis Mante took on Kaito Kiyomiya in the night's final match from Block A. This back-and-forth contest showcased both competitors' impressive skillsets, with Mante emerging victorious at 19:20 after a thrilling encounter that left the crowd on its collective feet.
As the dust settled, it was clear that Pro Wrestling NOAH had delivered another memorable evening of action-packed wrestling to the good people of Yokohama.
