IMPACT WRESTLING'S "TURNING POINT" EVENT REVIEW

Orlando, Florida - November 9th, 2008 - The Universal Studios in Orlando played host to Impact Wrestling's latest pay-per-view extravaganza, "Turning Point". In a stacked card featuring some of the best professional wrestlers from around the world, fans were treated to an evening of non-stop action and drama.

X-DIVISION RANKINGS MATCH

The night kicked off with a star-studded Ten-Way Elimination X-Division Rankings Match. Eric Young emerged victorious after a thrilling 17:15 match that saw Consequences Creed, Doug Williams, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Homicide, Jay Lethal, Jimmy Rave, Petey Williams, Sonjay Dutt, and Volador all take their leave via elimination. Young's determination and cunning proved to be the deciding factors in this chaotic contest.

TAG TEAM ACTION

Next up, Roxxi and Taylor Wilde teamed up to take on Awesome Kong and Raisha Saeed in a Tag Team Match. The outcome was never in doubt as the dynamic duo of Roxxi and Wilde dominated their opponents en route to a 9:10 victory.

RHINO'S RHETORIC

In a brief but intense encounter, Rhino made quick work of Abdul Bashir, dispatching him in just 8:20 minutes. The big man's brute strength was too much for the hapless Bashir to handle.

TAG TEAM TITLE BOUT

The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) put their Impact World Tag Team Titles on the line against Beer Money Inc. (James Storm and Robert Roode). In a match that showcased the technical prowess of both teams, Beer Money Inc. emerged victorious after 16:30 minutes of action.

KING OF THE MOUNTAIN CHAOS

Booker T and Christian Cage clashed in an intense TNA King Of The Mountain Title Match. The bout saw multiple high-flying maneuvers, near-falls, and dramatic turns. In the end, Booker T's cunning and experience paid off as he secured the win in 12:00 minutes.

FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE Frenzy

In a Falls Count Anywhere Match that had it all - action, drama, and chaos - Kurt Angle bested Abyss after a grueling 17:00 minutes of mayhem. The two competitors left everything they had in the ring, leaving fans on the edge of their seats.

SINGLES SHOWDOWN

Kevin Nash made his way to the ring to face Samoa Joe in a Singles Match. The two legends engaged in a hard-hitting contest that saw both men trade heavy blows and near-falls. In the end, Nash's cunning and experience proved too much for Joe, as he emerged victorious after 11:30 minutes.

MAIN EVENT

The night culminated with Sting facing AJ Styles in an Impact World Title Match. The two competitors put on a show for the ages, trading moves and counters in a thrilling contest that saw both men give it their all. In the end, Sting's experience and cunning proved too much for Styles, as he retained his title after 14:45 minutes of action.
