Washington D.C.'s Verizon Center was abuzz with anticipation as the WWE Universe gathered to witness a night of unforgettable matches and electrifying moments at this year's SummerSlam pay-per-view event.

The evening kicked off with a thrilling tag team match featuring Bayley and Sasha Banks taking on Charlotte and Dana Brooke. The high-flying antics of the quartet left the crowd in awe, but it was ultimately the Hugger duo that emerged victorious after a 7:25 minute battle.

The night's main event saw Big Cass, Enzo Amore, and John Cena team up to take on the Club (AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows) in another six-man tag team match. This thrilling contest lasted an impressive 14:30 minutes, with the winning trio celebrating their triumph.

Finally, Dean Ambrose stole the show with a stunning victory over Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins in a WWE Title Triple Threat Match. The 18:03 minute contest was filled with near-misses and dramatic turns, but Ambrose's determination ultimately paid off as he claimed the title.
