Newcastle, England - Telewest Arena - June 7th, 2003

The WWE delivered a stacked pay-per-view event in the UK's second-largest city, featuring some of the promotion's top talent. "Insurrextion" brought together an electric crowd of 10,000 fans at the Telewest Arena, and yours truly was on hand to capture all the action.

Women's Title Match: Jazz vs. Trish Stratus

The evening kicked off with a thrilling Women's Title match between reigning champion Jazz and challenger Trish Stratus. In a contest that showcased both women's technical grappling skills, Jazz managed to retain her title by submitting Stratus via her patented "Jazz Breaker" at 10:45.

Intercontinental Title Match: Christian vs. Booker T

The Intercontinental Championship was on the line in a highly competitive match between Christian and Booker T. In a seesaw battle that saw both men trade near-falls, Christian emerged victorious by pinning Booker at 15:12 to add the title to his collection.

WWF World Tag Team Title Match: Kane & Rob Van Dam vs. La Resistance

Kane and Rob Van Dam put their WWF World Tag Team Titles on the line against the formidable duo of La Resistance (Rene Dupree and Sylvain Grenier). The faces dominated the early going, with RVD delivering a thunderous Five-Star Frog Splash to secure the pin at 9:03.

Singles Match: Goldust vs. Rico

Goldust continued his resurgence in the ring by defeating the up-and-coming Rico in a solid singles match. The action was fast-paced, with both men showcasing their agility and athleticism before Goldust scored the win via a high-flying Shooting Star Press at 9:53.

Six-Man Tag Team Match: The Dudley Boyz & Spike vs. Christopher Nowinski, Rodney Mack, & Theodore Long

The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray Dudley, D-Von Dudley, and Spike Dudley) teamed up to take on the unlikely trio of Christopher Nowinski, Rodney Mack, and Theodore Long in a wild six-man tag team match. The faces proved too strong for their opponents, with Bubba Ray delivering a thunderous 3D to secure the victory at 9:15.

Singles Match: Scott Steiner vs. Test (Special Referee: Val Venis)

In a no-holds-barred encounter that saw plenty of brawling, Scott Steiner got the better of Test with the help of special referee Val Venis. Steiner delivered a vicious Steiner Reclainer to secure the win at 6:49.

World Heavyweight Title Street Fight: Triple H vs. Kevin Nash

The main event featured a hard-hitting World Heavyweight Title Street Fight between reigning champion Triple H and challenger Kevin Nash. In a match that saw both men trading blows and using the surroundings to their advantage, Triple H emerged victorious by pinning Nash after a vicious Pedigree at 16:33.

Final Thoughts

"Insurrextion" was an excellent pay-per-view event from start to finish, with each match delivering in its own unique way. The crowd was electric throughout, and the Telewest Arena proved an ideal setting for this type of event. If you missed it, do yourself a favor and seek out a replay - it's well worth your time.
