WWE Live from Toyota Center: A Night of Thrills and Surprises

Houston, Texas - August 1st, 2022 - The WWE rolled into the Toyota Center on Monday night, bringing with them a stacked card filled with exciting matches and unexpected twists. Zohash.com was on hand to take in all the action, and we're here to give you the lowdown.

United States Title #1 Contendership Qualifying Matches

The show opened with a thrilling triple threat match between Mustafa Ali, The Miz, and AJ Styles for the WWE United States Title #1 Contendership. In a high-flying affair, AJ Styles emerged victorious, besting both competitors in an impressive 8:50.

Later in the evening, Ciampa earned his own spot in the #1 contender's queue with a win over Chad Gable and Dolph Ziggler in another triple threat match. This one played out more like a hard-hitting brawl, but Ciampa's cunning and strength ultimately proved too much for his opponents.

Singles Match Madness

Seth Rollins got back to business as usual, taking down Montez Ford in a solid singles match. The Architect's speed and agility allowed him to stay one step ahead of the young upstart Ford, securing the win in 10:59.

Meanwhile, Alexa Bliss and Asuka put on a show-stopping display, only for it to end in a no-contest after just 2:20 minutes due to outside interference. It's clear that these two superstars will be at odds going forward, but we'll have to wait and see how things play out.

Bianca Belair vs. IYO SKY

In one of the evening's most anticipated matches, Bianca Belair faced off against IYO SKY in a non-title bout. The action was intense from start to finish, with both competitors giving it their all. Unfortunately, we were left without a winner due to another no-contest call after 17:15 minutes.

Ciampa Seals the Deal

AJ Styles's title aspirations took a hit when Ciampa defeated him in the #1 contender's match later in the show. This grueling contest played out with both men giving it their all, but Ciampa's sheer determination and wrestling acumen ultimately won out in 13:30.

The Usos Retain the Tag Titles

Finally, The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso) successfully defended their WWE SmackDown Tag Team Titles against The Mysterios (Dominik Mysterio and Rey Mysterio). In a hard-hitting match that saw both teams trading blows and near-falls, The Usos ultimately emerged victorious in 15:50.

All in all, this was an excellent show from the WWE. We got to see some top-notch wrestling, exciting matches, and even some unexpected twists along the way. If you missed it live, make sure to catch up on demand - you won't be disappointed!
