WWA Report: Tampa, Florida House Show Review

The sold-out crowd at the University Area CDC Gymnasium in Tampa, Florida was treated to an action-packed evening of professional wrestling as World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) brought their brand of excitement to the Sunshine State. The event marked a return to the city for WWE after a brief hiatus.

Match 1: Dante Chen vs. Lexis King The night kicked off with a promising singles match between up-and-comers Dante Chen and Lexis King. Chen, known for his high-flying antics, used his aerial attacks to keep King at bay early on. However, the cunning King managed to counter Chen's momentum with a series of swift arm drags. In the end, Chen's superior agility allowed him to capitalize on King's fatigue, securing the win.

Match 2: Tamyra Mensah-Stock vs. Kendal Grey Tamyra Mensah-Stock continued her winning streak, besting Kendal Grey in a hard-hitting affair. The larger-than-life Mensah-Stock utilized her power to overwhelm Grey, eventually finishing her off with the crushing "Mensah Smash."

Match 3: Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont vs. Drake Morreaux & Javier Bernal Tag team action brought forth two evenly matched duos in Tyriek Igwe and Tyson Dupont versus Drake Morreaux and Javier Bernal. The teams exchanged holds and counters, with neither able to gain a decisive advantage. In the end, Igwe's agility allowed him to slip behind Morreaux and secure the pin.

Match 4: Joe Coffey vs. Cutler James Joe Coffey's rugged intensity proved too much for Cutler James, as he methodically wore down his opponent with a series of powerful strikes and submission holds. The referee finally intervened to end the bout, awarding Coffey the win.

Match 5: Karmen Petrovic vs. Jakara Jackson Karmen Petrovic continued her ascent up the WWE ranks, defeating Jakara Jackson in a closely contested encounter. Both women showed impressive grappling skills, with Petrovic ultimately emerging victorious thanks to her innovative "Petrovic Punisher" submission hold.

Match 6: Oro Mensah vs. Eddy Thorpe Oro Mensah's dominant performance was capped off by a decisive victory over Eddy Thorpe. The Nigerian powerhouse showcased his incredible strength and agility, finishing Thorpe with the devastating "Mensah Mauler."

Match 7: The D'Angelo Family (Channing Lorenzo, Luca Crusifino & Tony D'Angelo) vs. No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey, Damon Kemp & Myles Borne)

The night's main event featured a thrilling six-man tag team match between two of WWE's most promising young factions. The D'Angelo Family used their collective strength and coordination to overwhelm the No Quarter Catch Crew, with Channing Lorenzo delivering the decisive blow.

Match 8: Chase U (Andre Chase, Duke Hudson & Riley Osborne) vs. ???, Sexy BJ Ray & Vincent Winey

Chase U made quick work of their opponents in a chaotic six-man tag team match. The trio's cohesion and power allowed them to dispose of their foes with relative ease.

Match 9: Lash Legend vs. Fallon Henley, Jaida Parker & Kelani Jordan The night's final bout featured an intriguing four-way matchup, with Lash Legend emerging victorious amidst a sea of chaos. The athletic Legend used her quickness and cunning to outmaneuver her opponents, securing the win.

Match 10: Oba Femi vs. Ridge Holland (WWE NXT North American Title Match)

The main event saw Oba Femi put his WWE NXT North American Championship on the line against the formidable Ridge Holland. In a hard-hitting contest, Femi's technical prowess ultimately allowed him to retain his title.

Match 11: Trick Williams & Wes Lee vs. Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang)

The evening concluded with a scintillating tag team match between the high-flying duo of Trick Williams and Wes Lee, and the rugged Gallus unit comprised of Mark Coffey and Wolfgang. The bout featured incredible aerial action, with Williams ultimately securing the pin to seal the win for his team.
