WWF Extreme Rules 2019 Report

Tacoma Dome, Tacoma, Washington - June 23rd, 2019

In a night filled with thrilling matches and unexpected twists, WWE delivered an electrifying Pay-Per-View event that left fans on the edge of their seats. The sold-out crowd at the Tacoma Dome was treated to a card that featured some of the company's top talent, as well as several surprises that added to the excitement.

The night kicked off with Becky Lynch making quick work of Lacey Evans in a WWE RAW Women's Title Match. The Lady of Hysteria showcased her technical prowess, taking down Evans with a series of swift arm drags and a devastating Beel 2 finisher. The win solidified Lynch's position as the top female competitor on the roster.

In a Tag Team Match that saw some surprise teamwork, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn pulled off an upset victory over Big E and Xavier Woods (The New Day). KO and Zayn's chemistry in the ring was undeniable, with the duo showcasing their high-flying abilities and clever tag work. The win marked a significant moment for the unlikely pairing, as they continue to build momentum.

The first half of the event concluded with Ricochet emerging victorious against Samoa Joe in a WWE United States Title Match. The challenger's agility and quickness were no match for Joe's power and aggression, but Ricochet's determination and innovative moves allowed him to outmaneuver the Samoan Submission Specialist and claim the title.

The main card resumed with Daniel Bryan and Rowan defending their WWE SmackDown Tag Team Titles against Heavy Machinery (Otis and Tucker). The match featured a series of high-impact moves, including a devastating Running Knee from Bryan that sealed the win for his team.

Bayley and Alexa Bliss faced off in a WWE SmackDown Women's Title Match, with Bayley emerging victorious after a thrilling back-and-forth contest. The Hugger's quickness and agility allowed her to evade Bliss's attempts at a comeback, ultimately securing the title with a Bayley-to-Bayley.

Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre clashed in a hard-hitting Singles Match that showcased both men's exceptional strength and aggression. The Big Dog's relentless assault was eventually enough to wear down McIntyre, leading to a pinfall victory that solidified his position as a top contender for the WWE Championship.

The main event saw Kofi Kingston face off against Dolph Ziggler in a WWE Title Steel Cage Match. Despite Ziggler's cunning tactics and attempts to outmaneuver Kingston, The New Day member proved too strong, ultimately escaping the cage and securing the championship victory.

Seth Rollins closed out the night with a dominant performance against Baron Corbin in a WWE Universal Title Match. The Architect showcased his technical prowess, using a series of high-impact moves to wear down Corbin before finishing him off with a Stomp.

As the dust settles on this eventful Pay-Per-View, it's clear that WWE has set the stage for some exciting storylines and matchups in the months ahead. With the likes of Lynch, Ricochet, and Kingston emerging as top contenders, fans have plenty to look forward to as the company enters its next phase.
