Washington D.C.'s MCI Center played host to a thrilling night of action as World Wrestling Entertainment brought the heat with their latest pay-per-view extravaganza. The sold-out crowd of 16,614 were treated to nine matches that left no one disappointed.

The show kicked off with a bang as Christian and Edge teamed up to take down D-Generation X (Road Dogg and X-Pac) in a thrilling WWF World Tag Team Title match. The Rated-R Superstars' quickness and cunning proved too much for DX, as they picked up the win in just 8 minutes and 37 seconds.

The action continued with Dean Malenko successfully defending his WWF Light Heavyweight Championship against Scotty 2 Hotty. Malenko's technical prowess was on full display as he outmaneuvered the high-flying Scarecrow to retain his title, clocking in at 11 minutes and 47 seconds.

Bull Buchanan and The Big Bossman teamed up for a dominating performance against The Acolytes (Bradshaw and Faarooq). This hard-hitting affair saw the veteran duo outlast their opponents, wrapping things up in just 8 minutes and 37 seconds.

The WWE Hardcore Title was on the line in a chaotic Six-Pack Challenge. Crash Holly emerged victorious, dispatching Hardcore Holly, Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, Perry Saturn, and Tazz to claim the title in an impressive 12 minutes and 18 seconds.

Showtime came early as The Showster made quick work of Kurt Angle, finishing him off with a vicious leg drop in just 2 minutes and 35 seconds. This one was all about the big man's power and speed.

T&A (Albert and Test) got their hands dirty against The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray Dudley and D-Von Dudley). A wild and woolly affair saw T&A come out on top, securing the win in 11 minutes and 6 seconds.

The WWE European Title was up for grabs as Eddie Guerrero faced off against Essa Rios. Guerrero's quickness and cunning proved too much for the challenger, as he picked up the win in just 8 minutes and 38 seconds.

In a battle of wits and strength, Chris Benoit bested Chris Jericho to retain his WWE Intercontinental Title. This technical masterpiece saw both men give it their all, with Benoit ultimately emerging victorious after 15 minutes and 3 seconds.

Finally, the main event saw The Rock put his WWE Championship on the line against Triple H. With Shane McMahon serving as special referee, this intense bout was marked by a series of near-falls before The Great One delivered a thunderous Rock Bottom to secure the win and retain his title.

All in all, it was a night that will be remembered for a long time to come. World Wrestling Entertainment has truly outdone themselves with this stacked card. For those who tuned in, we're sure you'll agree - it's been one wild ride!
