WWF's No Mercy: A Thrilling Affair
October 2nd, 1999, saw the World Wrestling Federation bring its brand of entertainment to Birmingham's National Indoor Arena, with the highly anticipated pay-per-view event, No Mercy. The women's division stole the show with a thrilling four-way bout for the WWE Women's Championship. Ivory, Jacqueline, Luna, and Tori put on a display of aerial acrobatics, with Ivory ultimately securing the win and retaining her title.
Chris Jericho continued his impressive winning streak, defeating The Road Dogg in an evenly matched contest that lasted 11 minutes and 58 seconds. This victory would serve as a precursor to bigger things for the charismatic Jericho.
Chyna, still riding high on her recent victory over Jacqueline, put her undefeated streak on the line against Jeff Jarrett. In a brief but intense encounter, Chyna emerged victorious in just 4 minutes and 28 seconds, further solidifying her claim as one of the top female talents in the WWF.

And finally, the main event: Triple H and The Rock clashed in a WWE Title Steel Cage Match that would leave both men battered and bruised. This war of attrition lasted an exhausting 20 minutes and 33 seconds, with Triple H ultimately emerging victorious to retain his title.
