Kiel Center, St. Louis, Missouri - November 15th, 1998

In front of a packed crowd of 19,322, WWE presented its annual Survivor Series pay-per-view event. The card featured an intriguing mix of singles matches and tag team bouts, all leading up to the main event: a vacant WWE Championship match between Mankind and The Rock.

Deadly Game Tournament

The New Age Outlaws (Billy Gunn and Road Dogg) defended their WWF World Tag Team Titles against D-Lo Brown and Mark Henry, as well as The Head Bangers (Mosh and Thrasher). In a thrilling three-way dance, the NAO came out on top in 10:10.

WWE Championship

The main event of the evening saw Mankind challenge The Rock for the vacant WWE Championship. Despite some intense moments, The Rock managed to retain his title with an impressive 8:23 victory over Mankind.
