The Show of Shows: WrestleMania X Delivers

Madison Square Garden, New York City, March 20, 1994 - In an evening that will be remembered for years to come, World Wrestling Entertainment presented WrestleMania X, a pay-per-view extravaganza that lived up to its billing as the greatest spectacle in sports entertainment. Before a packed house of 18,065 at the iconic MSG, a star-studded lineup of competitors took to the mat, leaving it all on the line in pursuit of championship glory.

The evening's festivities kicked off with a thrilling encounter between two Hart brothers, Owen and Bret, in a singles match that saw the underdog Owen emerge victorious after 20 minutes and 21 seconds of grueling action. The victory was no fluke, as Owen showcased his technical prowess and cunning ring sense to outmaneuver his brother.

The mixed tag team match that followed featured an unlikely duo in Bam Bam Bigelow and Luna Vachon taking on the mischievous Dink and Doink. The four competitors put on a wild show, with Bigelow's power and Vachon's agility proving too much for their opponents to handle. This bout was over in just 6 minutes and 9 seconds.

In the first of two falls-count-anywhere matches on the card, Randy Savage faced off against Crush. Both men left everything they had on the mat, but it was Savage who came out on top after a hard-fought 9 minutes and 49 seconds.

The WWE Women's Championship was up for grabs in the next match, as Alundra Blayze sought to retain her title against Leilani Kai. This one was all about Blayze, who dominated from start to finish before securing the pin in just 3 minutes and 20 seconds.

Men on a Mission (Mabel and Mo) put their WWF World Tag Team Championship on the line against The Quebecers, with the former emerging victorious after 7 minutes and 41 seconds of tag team action.

The WWE Title was next on the agenda, as Lex Luger challenged Yokozuna in a special referee match featuring Mr. Perfect. In an unexpected turn of events, it was Yokozuna who emerged victorious, retaining his title after 14 minutes and 40 seconds of intense action.

Adam Bomb's night was short-lived, as he fell victim to the mighty Earthquake just 32 seconds into their singles match.

The main event was a thrilling WWE Intercontinental Title Ladder Match between Razor Ramon and Shawn Michaels. This one had it all - high-flying action, cunning strategy, and even a few close calls with the ladder. In the end, it was Ramon who climbed to the top of the ladder and claimed the title after 18 minutes and 47 seconds.

Finally, in a rematch from their previous encounter at Survivor Series, Bret Hart faced off against Yokozuna for the WWE Title once more. This time around, however, it was Hart who emerged victorious, reclaiming his championship after Roddy Piper kept a watchful eye over proceedings.

WrestleMania X will be remembered as an unforgettable night of professional wrestling, with a star-studded lineup and non-stop action that left fans on the edge of their seats from start to finish. For those in attendance at Madison Square Garden, it was truly a show for the ages.
