WRESTLING WRAP: IMPACT WRESTLING'S "DESTINY" PAY-PER-VIEW REVIEW

Orlando, Florida - March 15, 2009 - The Universal Studios arena played host to another action-packed night of professional wrestling as Impact Wrestling presented their latest pay-per-view event, "Destiny". As expected, the TNA faithful were treated to a thrilling card that left them on the edge of their seats from start to finish.

SIX-MAN TAG TEAM CHAOS Roxxi, Taylor Wilde, and The Governor kicked things off with an energetic Six-Man Tag Team Match against The Beautiful People (Angelina Love, Madison Rayne, and Velvet Sky). In a chaotic display of power moves and quick tags, the trio emerged victorious in 5:03. A solid opener that set the tone for the night ahead.

BRUTUS MAGNUS DEMOLISHES ERIC YOUNG Next up was Brutus Magnus, who put away Eric Young with a vicious powerslam in just 4:46. This one was all about power and precision from the dominant Magnus, as he looked to assert his dominance over the Impact roster.

10,000 THUMBTACKS CHAOS ENSUES The main event of the evening's first half saw Matt Morgan and Abyss engage in an intense 10,000 Thumbtacks Match. In a bizarre display of brutality, Morgan emerged victorious after sending Abyss crashing to the mat with a vicious powerslam amidst the thumbtack-filled ring. The sheer destruction on display was something else.

KONG RULES THE KNOCKOUTS Sojournor Bolt put up a valiant effort against Awesome Kong for the Impact Knockouts Title, but ultimately fell short in 4:18. Kong's power and agility proved too much for her challenger, solidifying her position as one of the top female competitors in TNA.

STEINER TAKES DOWN SAMOA JOE Scott Steiner continued his winning ways with a swift victory over Samoa Joe via quick pin in just 1:31. Not exactly a thrilling encounter, but a testament to Steiner's ruthless efficiency.

AJ STYLES CAPTURES THE KING OF THE MOUNTAIN TITLE In one of the evening's most anticipated matches, AJ Styles captured the TNA King Of The Mountain Title by defeating Booker T in an electrifying contest. Styles' speed and agility proved too much for the veteran grappler, as he ascended to new heights.

TEAM 3D AND BEER MONEY INC. IN TAG TEAM BRAWL The Impact World Tag Team Titles were on the line as Team 3D (Brother Devon and Brother Ray) clashed with Beer Money Inc. in an Off The Wagon Challenge Match. In a thrilling encounter that saw both teams trading moves, Team 3D emerged victorious in 11:22.

ULTIMATE X CHAOS In the evening's penultimate match, Suicide took on Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Consequences Creed, and Jay Lethal in an Ultimate X Match for the Impact X-Division Title. As expected, this one was a wild ride of aerial attacks and high-flying maneuvers. In the end, Suicide emerged victorious.

STING CAPTURES THE WORLD TITLE The main event saw Kurt Angle challenge Sting for the Impact World Title. In a hard-hitting contest that featured both men trading near-falls, Sting ultimately emerged victorious in 13:51 to capture his second world title reign.
